Hi Paul and Michael P.

Very much enjoyed reading about your experiences on expanding open space
from two hours to four days.

When I opened 100 events, my iron rule was to never take more than 10
minutes, but try for less, simply because people want to work not hear a
facilitator drone on and on.

It's a clear case of the less, the better or less is more.
