[OSList] R: medicine wheel? anyone?

I like this idea very much Thomas. I haven't been doing much reflection other than through different closing circle designs. But where it makes sense, the idea of just shifting the awareness to what we did and how we did it makes sense to me. I think I will bring more attention to this in my practice.
