OK John - And do you also accept the "Mission Impossible?" There is an
incredible amount of learning here beneath/below/separate from the formal
deliverables. If you could scope that out as you (all) went along I know we
would all be the beneficiaries. You really have a marvelous "case study" -
and the tale will never be told by just recounting the "deliverables." You
know that of course, but if you could share with us, that would be
fantastic. And of course if you are worried about your "cover" - the public
nature of InterNet, I can certainly understand. Occasionally you just have
to go under "deep cover." Been there. Done that.

Hi Harrison,
Thanks for messages.
Yep, i totally agree. Yes, as you suspected, all of the roman numeral points
are HFH's requested deliverables in their exact language, with exception of
number 1, which we got permission to add this and we communicated that if we
couldn't add this as first priority, we were not interested in submitting a
proposal.
I. Nurture a community culture of respect, inclusion, transparency,
and authentic dialogue: Ideally, at least one member of every two households
plus representatives of surrounding communities must experience, learn to
value and become accustomed to using the principles upon which democratic
practice relies - respect, inclusion, transparency, and authentic dialogue.
Again, i totally agree with what you've written below.
thanks again,
John
