[OSList] How the invitation and question should be?

Hi, I´m liking to follow this conversation. Thanks all!

I share Robyn´s concern with *Under-representation of women* (and probably
other collectives if we refine our observation)...

Another issue: I just received an invitation to facilitate an Open Space on
healthcare and this conversation makes me doubt..

...do we really need to meet a "small group that would represent the whole
system" for the first meeting or

...would the meeting with the sponsor(s)/the one(s) who cares be enough to
decide if Open Space suits, fix the theme and draft the invitation (and
sure, then try through the invitation process to attract the participation
of the whole system)?
