It must be a wonderful time to be in your country.  We wish you the very
best and every success in realising and sustaining democracy.

You might want to look at Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's work in creating
nonviolent communication.  His seminal book is entitled NONVIOLENT
COMMUNICATION: A language of life.  Marshall takes us back to the very act
of speaking and listening, which is where everything begins.

There is a Hindu proverb that also is very appropriate: "Nonviolence is the
supreme law of life."
