[OSList] patterns in nature and open space

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this thread.  It has made for
exciting reading.  I am sharing this with a new colleague who has expertise
in biominicry and who will soon be experiencing his first OST event; he too
has enjoyed the thoughts shared here.
