[OSList] advice and courage

Wow - wow - wow!
I`m amazed to come home from two working days, and find this treasure in my inbox. This is really encouraging, and I m så inspired by your advices and thoughts.

I`m going to talk to the managers tomorrow and make a suggestion. As I understand it, this is first a couple of days  only for the leadergroup, but I still will suggest to use Open Space. 

Will you still recomend to use more than one day -  If the group are no more than  about 20 people?
