Hello, all -

Think of how bringing colleagues together in a face-to-face event
shifts our thinking.
Reflect on how learning - and community - deepen in Open Space as
amazing individuals host and attend conversations that enrich their
work for others.
You know this feeling because you have attended a WOSonOS or OSonOS or
have held space for clients, communities and organizations.

Now imagine a few Open Space colleagues acting on their dream to
connect with community at the WOSonOS this October.
Perhaps you have registered and we will see you there.
Perhaps we will see you another year as the WOSonOS moves to another
part of the world.

Now think of a story that many of us have in our cultures - in my
culture we call it 'Stone Soup'.
It is about the magic of community - the magic of each person adding a
little bit of what they have to a pot of bubbling water - to, as a
community, create a rich and nutritious stew.

Whether you are joining us or not at this year's WOSonOS - do you have
a carrot or onions or precious salt to share?
You will be helping some very special colleagues you may not even know
- but in whom you believe.
Access Queen believes in some incredible people who just need a little
extra for pocket money or housing to join us at the WOSonOS.

20 (currency of your choice), 200, 2000 - know that every bit goes to
Access Queen Askers. What is not spent this year goes into the stew
pot for next year's Askers.

Perhaps this money is 5 or 10% of your fee from a few of your recent
facilitation jobs.

Perhaps it comes from selling your art or books, having a Global
Village Marketplace at your next trainings and events, having a yard
sale, teaching dance, making a good meal and having your friends pay
for it for charity, or many other creative ways.

Two onions, four carrots, a sprinkle of salt - everything makes a
difference.

Here is how you can contribute:

1) If you are thinking of registering for WOSonOS but have not done so
yet: do so now.
Your registration gives the Host Team resources to help them welcome
everyone regardless of financial ability. If you have already
registered you can also contact them to add in a little more. http://www.wosonos2012.com

2) Other ways to contribute toward these amazing OS Askers:

- Log on to your account or create an account at PayPal (http://www.paypal.com
) and 'send money' to lisaheft at openingspace.net
(know that sending as 'Personal' / 'Gift' incurs zero processing fee -
and please put a note about Access Queen in the notes section)

- Send me a US-bank check (contact me for a postal address and
information about what to write on the check).

- If you are a US citizen and would like a tax deduction for a
charitable contribution - you can pay through the Open Space Institute
US via PayPal. OSI-US is a 501(c)3 organization. PayPal and / or your
credit card company will take a small processing fee out of the amount
- however the OSI-US will take zero administration fees for this
assist (thank you, OSI-US!).
For donations through OSI-US for Access Queen: please do not donate by
check as this creates administrative time on their side and we want to
keep them task-free in thanks for their generous assistance.

Most of all - many thanks for the belief you have in others, the
passion you have for our learning community across the world, and the
generosity you show by sharing what you have.
A deep bow to you all (with one hand on my tiara so it does not fall
off my very big hairdo)...
