 Josse Bass (publisher) is doing a new book and they asked me to contribute a chapter on Open Space. I agreed but noted that I could hardly provide an unbiased account. They seem ready to proceed, regardless. I shared the paper with some of our good friends and colleagues, and they suggested that others (namely you all on OSLIST) might be interested, and so I have put it up on www.openspaceworld.com  in the section called “Papers” for easy access.
