My friend Susan Murray and I collected a book of about 70 simple process
tools that can help people get the best out of themselves and each other in
groups and meetings. If any of them are useful to your work please help
yourself - they are available as a free download on my website
www.gettingonbrilliantly.co.uk

Best wishes with your project.
