[OSList] Question about largish open space

i'd imagine taht it can happen both ways... jennifer, you can be true to
schedule logistics AND bring forward the work as amanda suggests... by
bringing it forward even more than she suggests. morning news on day two is
not too early to ask not only for new issues, but also invite 'project'
groups to consider forming. then again on morning of day three. there must
be some moment for morning news, i'd think, but maybe modified in your plan
from what's "in the book." if there is, you can begin inviting directly
projects and ongoing things to emerge in the first of those moments. if no
morning news exists, there may be a project chartering sort of report in the
proceedings, or just a "this project wants to continue" flagging implemented
in teh usual proceedings documents, simple as and asterisk in the contents
with a good explanatory footnote (invitation). m
