A LONG time (2 years) ago, I started a group (Opened this Space) on Facebook
here:

Then life happened and I forgot that it was there.

I had failed to set it to notify me of new messages.

Today, I got a message telling me to "upgrade this group or it will be taken
down" so I did . . .

and

VOILA!

970 folks are in the room doing what I would have wanted them to do -
Connecting, sharing, collaborating . . .

Open Space seems to work whether the "opener of the space" is present or not
:-)
