Thank you all for your wonderful comments,

@ Chris, thanks so much for your referrals...i will have a look at the site

@ Harrison, thank you for your recommendation for Ghana as a destination of
choice. Your comments are aligned with my vision for as you put it
a succession rolling in Africa. I agree as you say interventions are
probably needed the most here yet resources are the least. I am not sure
however whether i would agree with you on the atmosphere being toxic...where
people perceive/see toxic, i see an opportunity for improvement.

@ Lisa, thanks so much for your comments and insights. I agree the
conference should be about Amazing Africans as you put it, but i see it more
as a collaboration of learning and sharing that will take place between us
as Africans and the broader international community, as i think there are
opportunities for us to learn from each other

To clarify further, my questions were three fold
I`m interested in people who would in future be interested in attending
leadership conferences in Africa, either as a participant or as
speakers/facilitators to share their success stories, challenges, modalities
etc.
pertaining to leadership, change, strategy, open space facilitation etc

The second question was around for those that would be interested in such an
event- which African country would appeal to you to attend such an event. In
the long-term, my vision is for the event to be hosted on a rotational basis
across various African countries.

Thirdly, if you have attended/facilitated leadership conferences/seminars in
the African region or in your region before, what worked well and what didnt
work well. What would people like to see more of or engage more about WRT
Leadership, Organisational Change, Facilitation techniques etc

At this stage, I am in the infancy stages of doing some research and will
thereafter develop a concept paper to be submitted for funding later this
year.

Warm Regards,
Cleo
