Books and stuff to inspire leadership

Adding to Jon's list... just finished reading *Power and Love: A Theory and
Practice of Social Change* by Adam Kahane, 2010.  Admire the vulnerability
with which it was written. My heart skipped a few beats each time I saw Open
Space referenced... casually as a process that was used, doing its thing as
it always does, never center stage but acting as such a powerful container.
So delighted also to see Tova Averbuch's name mentioned in the book. Met her
for at WOSonOS in Berlin along with many other wonderful folks. Hope to make
it to Chile to repeat the experience.

For those who missed the short youtube clip of Tova in Open Space, never too
late to see it now. Short and yet so very uplifting!
