[OSList] Half-day Open Space?

It can work. A lot depends on what the client wants out of it.
Last week I did an open space complete with opening, and closing circle
in 2.5 hours. I struggled with whether to do 1 or 2 breakout sessions,
but went with one longer one and that was the right decision. I prefer
going longer than shorter.
So it might be important how you parcel out the 6 hours you do have.
Remember lunch can be a session time.
What does your client want out of the session? How would you divide the
day--how many breakout sessions?
