Perhaps you know of people who would like to learn ost but are not in a position 
to travel.

Dalar International, the company founded by Birgitt and Ward Williams, is 
offering two ost learning workshops online as part of the Genuine Contact(tm) 
Program, one in August. the other in October.
I've experienced this workshop in a face-to-face setting two times and offered 
it several times. And I think the workshop is a very rich learning experience, 
its value and application goes way beyond just "learning" OST...
Below are the details.
This is the first time I've seen a multiday OST learning event being offered
