Dear friends in Open Space

After some 12+ years of facilitating OST meetings I may have learnt
something after all...

A couple of days ago I facilitated a 2 day OST, just following another 1 day
OST
 So “busy” week


 

During these 2 days I had two compliments that make me think I may have
gained some facilitation skills.

1.       A woman was impressed by how high up I had put the posters.

2.       Another woman said in the closing circle that I had shown
leadership by saying so little. Not one more word than necessary, she said.

 

I did pick up quite a few coffee cups though – and no one even seemed to
notice ;-)

Wishing everyone a nice weekend – I am on my way to Frankfurt to meet
collegues for a Genuine Contact mentoring circle, fun!
