Thanks Anne, that is helpful, I can see what you mean by encouraging
them to "get out of their head", which might need something more than
just opening the space.

warm regards,

I've done OS with Univ. of Chicago Biology Dept. twice, and with Fred
Hutchinson Cancer REsearch Ctr. twice. If I can be helpful, please let
me know. They are the SAME as any other institution: need ALL
stakeholders in the room, and need a CORE group that is convening and
responsible for followup, and so forth.

The main issue is that they are likely to rely on their
heads/intellect--when what they are actually doing is providing heartful
healing environments. So, I strongly suggest you start with a round of
Appreciative Inquiry in pairs, to get them out of their heads and
expressing what they truly care about. And/or a World cafe on their
personal experience of the Question of the OST then open Marketplace.

Good luck. Let me know if I can help further.

Anne

Lisa, you mention a book about knowledge sharing Open Space or
Open

from any

next

people
what I should take into account when doing the open space on
