Hi Thomas,

Pondering your option of using the dining room.
Would it be necessary to break up the circle for
lunch? Or could you leave the circle as it is and
just let people find a place to eat their lunch?
You may have to tidy things up a little bit for
closing circle, but I assume there will be plenty of time for that after lunch.

Another thought is that it sounds like a few
experiences I have had which I dit not like very
much. Of course I have too little information to
judge, but it sounds as if your client has
everything booked and organized and then, almost
as an afterthought, suddenly realizes they also
need a facilitator, This is not my favorite type
of client. In fact, I try to keep them away. They
tend not to take Open Space very seriously and I
have had a hard time working with them.

So I was wondering if you are sure you want to
get into this. Have you checked their commitment
to the principles of Open Space?

Love

Koos
