TWITTER: hashtag for OST

#openspace seems to be used by the OS community and also by the
architectural / town planning community. Not that that¹s necessarily an
issue because there¹s a pretty clear difference.

Since ³open space² is the way people commonly refer to OST in everyday
conversation, I think it¹s the right choice.
