Had a key meeting that morning, so skipped the NESTA co-production thing,
even though co-production is something I'm quite big on.

Would love to say more about the Labs, maybe in person.  We're running a
custom Social Startup Lab tomorrow, so am too busy preparing.

One of the key principles I try to live by is to meet people where they are
and structure the engagement accordingly.
