three-day proprietary training programs in major Gulf cities in one or more
of the following areas:

1) Change & Transition Management;

2) Management Skills Programs;

3) HR & OD Skills Programs;

4) Leadership & Management Skills Programs;

5) Communication Programs; 6) Coaching & Mentoring Programs.
Skills

Skills Required :-

Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in HRM/HRD or related field

Preferably an advanced degree in business or the social sciences

Available for short-term assignments on occasion

Willingness to go through a rigorous certification process

Willing to sign a Services Agreement regarding exclusive use of the
proprietary tools and materials

Employed full-time and accomplished/recognized in his/her own career field

Fluent in English (oral and written)]

Excellent interpersonal and social interaction skills
