One aspect of the conversation on selforganization at work is "What are the
key ingredients for creating powerful public gathering spaces?"

Ria Baeck has unearthed a gem (hi Ria! and thanks!), The Social Life of
Small Urban Spaces," uploaded to Youtube.

It's a charming little film that came out some 30 years ago with huge
implications.

Curious to see how the phrase "Open Space" shows up in the piece.
And it's really touching how the narrator speaks with such (wide-eyed
compassioante) curiousity about people and a genuine desire to create space
that lets people show up as they are, with no intention to control.
