Does anyone knows of problems to post to the OSLIST as Kathie refers?
Regards

Artur

HI Artur
I trust you are having a good day!
I am curious: I have tried posting to the OST list twice this morning and neither one has gone through. ????

My e-mail follows.

Hello Eva,
My thoughts are with you & I hold space for you as well:
Such wisdom from this group.....
......:) Invite and breath :).......
.......just imagine how you and everyone at the event will feel as you invite and breathe
and invite the demonstrators to join the circle. When you have conflict (which it sort of looks like you do) the solution is to keep opening the space until there is room for everybody who cares to come.
..........As a person who is sometimes amongst (non-violent) protest/demonstration
groups 'outside', I would love to be invited inside to be part of open and
respectful conversations, to listen and learn about the motivations and
goals of those 'inside', and to contribute to improving options and
solutions. In my experience, protesters are mostly concerned and informed citizens who
wish to be heard and participate yet are disenfranchised by the processes of
the dominant paradigm.

....From my perspective & learning, it is the same as others have said here: it is all about everyone simply wanting to be heard and honoured and welcomed....I have found the best response to anger and aggression is simply the invitation to open, “Tell me more.” They melt.
And then of course our stance as background facilitators: I go with my ears straight up, a smile on my face and a twinkle in my eye! This is also invincible meltish tactics! :- )
Dancing the unfolding,
Kathie Wallace
