Hi Jon,

Great trick with the masking tape - I will remember that as I often 
work with balloons and they do seem to love their independence.

Was the Belfast city council in such a hurry to get the rogue balloon 
down? My experience is that it comes down within a day or two anyway. 
By the time the scaffolding is up, the balloon will have started to 
come down of its own accord already. Talk about self organizing... :)
