Demo OS in 90 minutes?

When I tell a potential sponsor that it always takes me 6 full days of
work to prepare for, set up and follow up on an ost event and 7 if it
goes for 1 day, 8 for 2 days and 9 for a three day event I am always
happy to see that they rather not do a short event or no event at all.

I know from a few instances in my experience that a very real OST event
can be had in half a day under the conditions I just mentioned. Of
course, I suspect that you cant have a real OST event even if it goes
the "full" length of 16 hours spread over three days, sleeping twice if
you cut out the time needed before and after the event.

Now, if a sponsor adds the element of "fee" to such a project, realizing
he needs to come up with x amount of whatever his currency is for 6 days
of work even for a 5 minute "open space" event he will definitely say
good-bye...

Greetings from Berlin where I hope to see just about all of you to
continue this discussion at the WOSonOS for which, as of today, 150
folks from 29 countries have signed up...there is plenty of more space!
I just hope the volcanoe shuts down in time for those of you wanting to
use a plane to come here. Presently, 10 countries in Europe have
completely shut down their airspace...I wonder what will develope in
that new vast space that has been opened...
