Invitation to join Open Space Institute-US

Dear Christine,
followed you invitation, it was easy and fast (via PayPal) from Berlin 
to OSI in the US.

Hope you all make it to the WOSonOS in Berlin in May ... a bunch of OSI 
USA have signed in and as of this moment 149 folks signed up from 29 
countries...the first from Canada just dropped in today.

which makes it not only more affordable but is definitely more fun!!

Appreciating your notion that:

my feeling is that all the people I work with need no help in taking 
responsibility for their passions.
In fact I find working with OST even more elegant. If I focus on (and in 
fact manage) stepping back and getting out of the way or in essence do 
nothing space for selforganisation seems to expand. And under that 
condition people do whatever they have a passion for: take their next 
nap, think up means of dealing with challenges, walk around the block, 
read a book, bumble bee, create a new enterprise, plan their next 
birthday party...all of that cerainly without my help. To them it seems 
to be quite natural and nothing to write home about. To others it seems 
enormously creative, breathtaking, innovative, impressive, 
never-experienced-before, fast, inexpensive...
To me, stepping back and all that jazz, is the toughest and hardest work 
(mind you, to others it might be a breeze and to people watching me it 
also might appear to be the easiest thing in the world). At the same 
time it is absolutely liberating for me not to have to give any thought 
to outcome or responsibility of others or whether something is 
innovative or perfectly boring.
Sometimes I actually succeed in stepping back!
