Salut Déborah,

ENGLISH Follows – Next paragraph

Diane

  _____

The delay of this congratulation message is only explained by work related
absence. I am so happy for you although I felt you would experience such
rich results given your preparation and who you are. I too believe you have
sowed the OS seed with a group that will help the multiplication of OS
experiences in France. The proof of your success is also demonstrated with
this new request you have for this other OS in Rennes.

A friend,

Diane

Dear all,

I just want to share with you the joyce of what happened during the Open
Space of Colibris!

We were 240 people during 2 days and that was gorgeous!!

Thank you for all the email of support I had from you all, I felt hold by
you all during these 2 days! Specialy during the second day for the
convergence that I had never done before!

The participants were so happy to use the Open Space forum, that was a real
peak experience for most of them!! My feeling is that something is open in
France for Open Space!

Colibris will do a short and a long film soon that I will post on the list.
It can be useful when we want to give explanation or exemple.

I also want to share with you that during the open space we had the support
of different artists (exposition photo of nature in the hall, navaro singer
for the open ceremony (that was a spontanous gift!! ), poet, musciens for
the end ceremony, mandala, danse contact during the sessions ...) and I
think that made the Open Space also special. It helped a lot to create a
connection among the participants.

I am now working on a other Open Space for December for Rennes City in
France.

Best regards,

Déborah Maarek

Hello,

I am quiete new with OST. I've been trained by Diane Gibeault last May in
Canada and since I have facilitate one open space in Brussels with 18 people
on one day.

This week is a big week for me beacause I will facilitate a bigger OST in St
Denis, Paris for the NGO Colibris (www.colibris-lemouvement.org) with 100 to
150 people during 2 days!

Every morning I do meditation in order to connect myself and this morning it
was obvious that I should send this email on the OST list!

I guess my intention is to feel connected to all of you!

I don't have specific question, maybe they will arrive during the OST!!! -)
Or during this week...

Best regards,

yes, i was also bit afraid to start once but once you start it then it you
do not feel any fear. It is because it is not only in charge of making the
party success, the whole group owns the process and makes their effort in
making it success. The only struggle for you is how to make these people
owns the party, then it will rock, do not worry, it will be a loving memory,
if you succeed then you are further motivated to do better next time, if you
fail then you are again encouraged that there are so many learning that can
be capitalized next time to make it better. so both ways, you win, just
trust yourself and rock the party

Hi,
I'm the one in the corner looking sheepish ...

I am so new to Open Space I have yet to experience it (and being on the list
has just heightened the anticipation).

I am based in Ireland, anyone doing a session near me soon that I can
observe please?
