I agree on outline from Michael P - and would usually favour 2 x 1 
hour break-out sessions
Important to clarify theme and question with sponsors - I have a 
sense that your own wisdom is close to the mark...
"presumably addressing some of the potential learnings of the 
previous day and a half and how they might take them back to make a 
real difference?"
Sounds like a wonderful opportunity to expand your experience...and, 
after 1.5 days of standard speechifying by those who enjoy such 
deliveries, the Auditing and Risk Managing folks will just LOVE it - 
after their initial shock!
