Yes Christine, the London England based AI Practitioner magazine on Emerging
in Appreciative Space was the Nov 2004 edition totally focused on OST and
AI. I have a full electronic copy if that helps you Larry.

 

Here is the title of a book on AI which included a section describing and
supporting OST (chapter 6 under Leadership en action dans la fonction
publique). Since Wikipedia has a French section, this might be of interest:
