Dear OS friends:

 

I will be offering two events on Leadership and Meditation in the San
Francisco Bay area in September-a lunchtime talk and a full-day
workshop--that might be of interest to you, your friends, colleagues or
clients.  

 

Both events are very reasonably priced and include training in one-moment
meditation.  The workshop also introduces Open Space, exploring the link
between "being in the moment" and the Law of Two Feet.

 

Leadership and Meditation:  Sept 9, University Club, San Francisco, 12 noon
- 1 PM

 

This lunchtime talk, at the University Club in downtown San Francisco, gives
you basic training in the practice of one-moment meditation, with special
application to leadership development and how a meditative mind can help
decision-making, presence, creativity, and change management.  Sponsored by

Leadership in the Moment: Liberating Momentum in Yourself and Others, Sept
12, 9 - 5 PM
St. Mary's College Leadership Center, Moraga



This day-long seminar begins with training in one-moment meditation, then
deepens to explore how awareness of the moment and responsiveness in the
moment are the key skills needed to foster momentum.  Using meditation,
lectures, personal exercises, and peer-learning, this day will teach you how
to remove obstacles to change and innovation in your life, the teams you
lead, and the communities and organizations in which you work.  Includes an
