It's a complete "Social Network"
Customizable
Can be private/secure
Each Member can have personal and blog pages
the "Main page" reports every member action
Chat is there
Discussion board to collect threads
Members can form groups
I believe this site IS on-line OST
Anyone can create a ning site and it's free (you can pay for an upgrade, but
I have not needed to)
