Hi Jack!

Thank you so much for your response and your refreshing insight! Im trying
to log on to your website but for some reason it is failing. Would you
please send me the slides you described below? I would love to get more
insight and im sure it would be of value. You mentioned you have opened
space for over a 1000 people before, so I would also welcome any more tips
that you have to co-ordinate such an event.

Getting people to register for the event online is a fantastic idea and
luckily the system we are implementing also has a capacity for polls and
discussion forums which can definitely leverage this.
I think the key thing you mentioned that has stuck out for me is the
question "what happens after this gathering" and what will we do to keep the
momentum. This is something we will need to esplore with my colleagues.
