OST user's guide in French

I hope you're enjoying the holiday season.

Am I correct that OST User's Guide has not yet been translated into  
French?

If i'm wrong, which would be delightful, can someone let me know where  
I can get it?

If I'm correct, is anyone working on this as a project?
