Dear collegues in Ireland, UK, Northern Ireland and thereabouts,
since Jo Töpfer and me and some folks are meeting in Belfast to plan an
open space training this fall in Belfast (6 days,Berlin style), we felt
this would be a grand opportunity for a stammtisch gathering.
So, in case you are in town on Wednesday, April 9,
come to the open space stammtisch at the

Errigle Inn
www.errigle.com

Errigle Inn
312-320 Ormeau Rd, Belfast, BT7 2GE
028 90641410

We will be there from 8pm onward...

Greetings from Berlin

Gerardo--

When I had a similar situation, I have told the sponsor that they simply
tell people to come and go when they can (like the Law of Mobility);
that they need not be there for the whole time.

That seems to help quell the fears. Your client is probably thinking of
the usual talking heads kind of event, and people don't want to miss the
stage-setting speeches. Those don't exist here.
