Open Space in Albania: Help needed!!!

Dear All,

My name is Sajmir Shehu and at the moment I am working as Senior Expert for
the Albanian Ministry of Defense.
I am in charge of coordinating a project called SEMEC (South Eastern Europe
Military Education Cooperation). the project is still in the initiation
phase and Terms of Reference and activities should be defined.

I was planning to organize the first working group meeting  on the 4 - 7
Decenber 07 (alreday 22 participants from 10 countries have confirmed, ranks
vary from Captain to Colonel) as an Open Space event having some experience
with this.

If there is anyone who thinks he / she is able to moderate the event and is
willing to do it, I would be glad to welcome him / her and cover all
expenses for accomodation, meals and internal transportation but
unfortunately not for the travel.

in any case I welcome any comment and advice anyone might have.
