Hello dear colleagues,
 
I am wondering if someone in the list have had an experience with the
Armed Forces or similar vertical/authoritative institution. I am about
to submit a proposal to the Insurance Cooperative of the Bolivian
National Police. One of the main troubles with the working team is that
they are treated as "soldiers" by their bosses. This situation is
reproduced vis-a-vis the cooperative members and the people that visit
the institution.Do you think OS could be useful?
