Open Space Meetings near South Dakota?

Greetings

As part of planning for their next annual meeting, an American Indian / Alaska Native group (Direct 
Service Tribes - check out http://directservicetribes.org/ - is interested in using open space for part 
of their meeting. One of the planning group members, who is a tribal leader, Carol Ann Heart - her 
email = execdir at aatchb.org  - asked if there were any upcoming meetings near her area (Rapid City 
SD) that she might observe or participate in over the next week or two so she could "get a feel for the 
real process"

If anyone is aware of an appropriate meeting coming up soon(she wants to report her experience to 
her planning group by April 4!...), please let me know or feel free to contact her directly
