Self-organization and beyond

I've never done an Open Space in water, but one of the most productive I've 
had a hand in was held in a community center that looked out on a small lake.   
Within five minutes, all the flip charts disappeared from the room to be set 
up on the lawn overlooking the lake . . . it was a very energizing 
environment.
