New Edition -- User's Guide

Well it is official - B-K will definitely publish the 3rd Edition of the
User's Guide. And if you have some comments and suggestions, I would love to
hear them. Don't worry if you think that somebody else may have said the
same thing. Just send your thoughts to me at hhowen at verizon.net 

There is no immediate rush on this - but sooner rather than later would be a
good thing. And much better later than never.
