Kaliay

We have facilitated events in Romania, Armenia and Moldova in the local
language without having to speak it. The process takes only 20 minutes
in English a day and that can be converted by a translator.

The facilitator knows what is going on by just watching the
marketplace, break out sessions, voting priorities and closing session.
The dynamic and response of people in Open Space is universal
regardless of language.

In Moldova the top priority of 80 participants was to Open Space their
Parliament!

Cheers
