Conflict in community

I have worked with educational institutions.  They are (very 
unfortunatley) firmly entrenched organizations where all members have very 
definite (often political) postions. Huge power struggles occur on a 
regular basis among all participants.  I'd love to see Open Space work 
her...but i am doubltful it would
