I work in OD on a large local authority undergoing profound structural &
cultural change, & I'm looking for someone who can inspire / open up some
conversations here about the role of spirit & deep values in managing
change.

Any recommendations?

I would recommend Martin! Just open some space with a theme something like
"Issues and Opportunities for living well in a changing world" --- or the
Wuthering North equivalent. I'll bet you plenty of Spirit will show up, and
the people will have done it all by themselves.
