Michael,

Your "four practices of OS" triggered in me a sequence I worked out from 
teachings of Oz Swallow of South Africa (deceased) and that Joelle made into a 
poster using an original painting we have in our house.   Thought I'd share it 
with you.   First, your four:

1.   Opening heart....
2.   Inviting attention.....
3.   Supporting connection.....
4.   Grounding the energy.....

That triggered the following from my memory banks.

CHOOSE TO HAVE FUN

Fun creates Enjoyment.
Enjoyment invites Participation.
Participation focuses Attention.
Attention expands Awareness.
Awareness promotes Insight.
Insight generates Knowledge.
Knowledge facilitates Action.
Action yields Results.

(Therefore, Fun is results-producing)

Seems to me that OS does all this.
