Dear All,

Viv Mcwaters and I would like to invite you to participate in a three-month
reflective practice we are running on the language of facilitation.

This reflective practice is designed to help you to become more mindful of
your facilitation practice as well as providing an opportunity to learn more
about the ways and practices of other facilitators.

Our focus is on the language facilitators use to encourage or discourage a
group discussion.

To take part in our reflective practive, please email either Viv
(viv at thereef.com.au) or myself (andrew at anecdote.com.au) and we will send you
the 'reflection sheet' we have designed for you to record your language
observations along with some further description and instructions.

For those participating we will provide reminders, feedback and stories from
the other participants in the reflective practice. To share the learnings
and findings, we aim to prepare a workshop for some upcoming Australasian
facilitation conference later in the year....(?)

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Warm regards,

Andrew & Viv
