three-month reflective practice we are running on the language of facilitation.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt'>This reflective practice is designed to help you to become more mindful
of your facilitation practice as well as providing an opportunity to learn more
about the ways and practices of other facilitators.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt'>Our focus is on the language facilitators use to encourage or

(viv@thereef.com.au) or myself (andrew@anecdote.com.au) and we will send you
the 'reflection sheet' we have designed for you to record your language
observations along with some further description and instructions.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
