SV: evolving agendas

HI,

At The devoted and disgruntled event i did in january for th theatre
community at the end of the first day i said that we were keeping the
space open overnight. I thought that I wanted people to keep
percolating on stuff in the pub.. in their dreams etc.. over into the
next day..

I later had to clarify that we were not keeping the "National Youth
Theatre rehearsal Space" open so people couldn't sleep there
overnight!!!

I also think that doing the whole agenda on the first day contributed
to people committing to the whole two day event and coming back on
their precious Sunday.
