Denise, thank you, i heard about cnvc from many people but didn't have the opportunity to know more about that. 
I will now study the web site and see what i can get from there to our invitation letter.    

I was already thinking about the word "need"...something like : "do we really need interaction?",
anyway that's a very deep subject.

                  Hi Funda:  What Immediately came to mind was "thoughts, observations, feelings and needs."  This comes from some studying Nonviolent Communications, by Marshall Rosenberg.... try www.cnvc.org for more information about this material.
