USB-sticks and computer station during OST + some more..

With almost every client organization, there are a few people (at least
one!) who interact with the os facilitator.  The OS consultant and the
client representatives plan for all logistics (how many chairs?  paper?
markers?) and it is easy to discuss the need for someone to handle the flash
drive/stick and the Book of Proceedings.
