Dear Larry,
just returned from a 120-participant open space on the future of
European Youth programmes in Germany, a very diverse bunch.
During my 16 minute introduction I asked who had not been to an open
space event before, fewer than 20 raised their hands. This is perhaps
not typical of any group but there is growing evidence that it is moving
along the path that ho described once when he suggested that one day
open space technology will be as well known as double entry bookkeeping.
I wonder what implications that will have for us as facilitators....
Greetings from Berlin

PS:
Check out
www.openspaceworldscape.org which is basically a complex data base for
os events worldwide with a map function to pinpoint the geographic
locations...as more of us enter events we have facilitated it will
"visiualize" the spread of os very nicely.
